Refund Policy

14-day refunds

If a license does not work out, email peter.isberg@deversity.se within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the order in full. This applies to first purchases and to renewals: if a subscription renews and you did not intend it to, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued by our merchant of record to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated.

Cancelling instead of refunding

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription management link on your receipt. Cancelling stops future charges; the license stays valid until the end of the paid term.

Consumer rights

If you purchase as a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that apply to your purchase.
