Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 August 2026
1. Who we are
Deversity AB (Org.nr 559303-2278), a company registered in Sweden ("Deversity", "we"), develops and licenses developer software. Contact: peter.isberg@deversity.se.
2. The products
These terms cover every Deversity product licensed on this site (each, "the software"):
- async-test-lib, a library for testing JVM applications under thread contention, distributed through public package repositories such as Maven Central.
- llm-fw, a local firewall that inspects LLM API traffic for prompt injection and leaked credentials, distributed through npm.
For both, non-commercial use is licensed under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. Commercial use requires a paid license, bought per product.
3. Commercial licenses
A commercial license is an annual subscription for one product, priced by team size, as shown on that product's pricing page (async-test-lib, llm-fw). One license covers all developers whose email addresses belong to the purchasing company's email domain. The license key identifies your subscription and may be shared inside your organization, but not outside it.
4. Purchases and merchant of record
Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, which acts as the seller of record for the transaction, handles payment, invoicing, VAT and sales tax, and provides its own buyer terms at checkout. Your contract for the payment transaction is with the merchant of record; your license to use the software is granted by Deversity.
5. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically each year. You can cancel at any time through the subscription management link on your receipt; a cancelled license remains valid until the end of the paid term and is not renewed after that.
6. Acceptable use
You may not redistribute, resell, or bundle the software into products offered to third parties without an OEM agreement. You may not remove or circumvent license validation for commercial use. Use of the software must comply with applicable law.
7. Warranty and liability
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Deversity is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the license fees paid for the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use of a commercial license after a change constitutes acceptance for the next renewal term.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
